How Packages Work
Package hours are purchased in advance and can be used flexibly across the services offered by The Willow Office. There’s no need to spread your hours evenly — simply use them as and when your business needs support.
If you use all of your hours, you can purchase another package at any time or choose a different package depending on your workload.
Package hours are valid for three months from the date of purchase. Any unused hours will expire at the end of this period and cannot be carried forward.
